I too, was extremely stressed trying to get through. Eventually phoned 118118, got the SA High Commission’s telephone number, and was given the above info.

Hi,

After many hours of frustration trying to get information about renewing my passport (and failing), I found that they have gone and changed their web address to: http://southafricahouseuk.com/ (it was http://www.southafricahouse.com).

In typical South African fashion, nobody thought to redirect the original or advertise the change!

Just thought it would help if people stumbled across this post.

Yes, trying to get info on Retention of Citizenship and the necessary forms… Going to end up having to go down there and queue to get them.

Oh yes, what time does their office open again – that should be on the website… Errr
